With this said the state will not want you doing this however it is a possibility, this is the reason I bring it up. You will be passing the problem to someone else down the line however is long as they understand what they are buying this is an option that you may have. Contacting the state to see if there is a payment arrangement that can be worked out may be a wise idea.
